The
art
as
evocative
of
two
visions
of
the
world:
the
kleinian
positions
Two
paintings
are
taken
as
point
of
departure
to
evoke
the
differences
in
the
atmosphere
of
the
mind
arising
from
the
two
kleinian
positions.
One
of
these
paintings
is
Michelangelo’s
“The
Creation
of
Man”,
a
child
patient
of
Melanie
Klein
is
the
author
of
the
other.
The
post-scriptum
features
some
brief
comments
on
the
discussions
that
took
place
after
the
presentation
of
the
round
table
entitled
“Theoretical
Approaches”,
which
was
part
of
the
“Melanie
Klein
in
Buenos
Aires”
symposium.
