| El concepto de acción interpretativa1 |
| |
| En este trabajo se entendió el concepto
de acción interpretativa, como el uso de actividad por
parte del analista, para poner de manifiesto al paciente
aspectos específicos de su comprensión de la transferencia-contratransferencia,
que no puede ser comunicada en esa coyuntura solamente
a través de un discurso simbólico. La comprensión de la
transferencia-contratransferencia transmitida por una
acción interpretativa deriva de la experiencia del analista
y del analizando en el tercero analítico intersubjetivo.
Aunque el analista use la acción para comunicar aspectos
de esta comprensión al analizando, el analista formula,
simultánea y silenciosamente, la interpretación en palabras.
Los tres ejemplos clínicos de acción interpretativa que
se presentan fueron seleccionados, no por representar
hechos psicoanalíticos notables, más bien, se presentan
como un esfuerzo de ilustrar la forma en que la interpretación-en-la-acción
representa un aspecto fundamental y todavía insuficientemente
explorado del proceso interpretativo. |

| In this paper, the concept of interpretive
action was understood as the analyst’s use of activity
to reveal to the patient specific aspects of his or her
understanding of the transference-countertransference
which cannot be communicated at that juncture through
symbolic speech alone. The understanding of the transference-countertransference
conveyed by an interpretative action was derive from the
experience of analyst and analysand in the intersubjective
analytic third. Although the analyst used action to communicate
aspects of this understanding to the analysand, the analyst
simultaneously and silently formulated the interpretation
in words. |
| The three clinical illustrations of
interpretive action that have been presented were selected
not because they represent remarkable or unusual psychoanalytic
events. Rather, they have been presented in an effort
to illustrate the way in which interpretation-in-action
represents a fundamental, and yet insufficiently explored
aspects of the interpretive process. |

| Dans ce travail on entend le concept
d’action interprétative comme l’utilisation de l’activité
de la part de l’analyste, pour mettre en évidence pour
le patient des aspects spécifiques de sa compréhension
du transfert/contre-transfert qui ne peuvent pas être
communiqués uniquement, dans cette conjoncture, á travers
un discours symbolique. La compréhension du transfert/contre-transfert
transmise par le moyen de l’action interprétative est
issue de l’expérience de l’analyste et du patient dans
le troisième analytique intersubjectif. Bien que l’analyste
utilise l’action pour communiquer des aspects de cette
compréhension au patient, il a formulé –de façon silencieuse
et simultanée– l’interprétation discursivement. |

interprétative qu’on y présente ont été choisis non pas
parce qu’ils constituent des faits psychanalytiques remarquables,
mais parce qu’ils éclairent la façon dont l’interprétation-dans-I’action
représente un aspect fondamental et encore peu exploré
du processus interprétatif. |
